Support Groups

For those who enjoy participating in group discussions, learning and sharing experiences; support groups are the best choice.

My groups usually last from 8-10 weeks. They are 2 hours, once a week, in the evening. I begin with an explanation of the topic, why it is relevant and my goals for what we will achieve during the 8 or 10 weeks session. Each participant will receive a hand-out of topics covered and the end of the meeting closes with questions and feedback. I am open to expanding these topics to include any other topic that might be of interest. Once I have 8-10 people who have registered for the support group, the time and date is set and we begin.
